HENDERSON, Nev., Jan. 3, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Knoah Solutions, Inc., a global business process outsourcing company, today unveiled an expansion plan to immediately increase capacity at its nearshore facility in Guatemala City, Guatemala with additional space to accommodate further anticipated growth.
With the success we experienced in our two locations in Honduras, we added a location in Guatemala City in early 2018, which has proven its value by allowing us to offer scalable and cost-effective options to our customers. The current expansion blueprint of our new center includes dedicated conference and training spaces, an IT room, and biometric security in a multi-story facility near the U.S. embassy that the company first moved into last year. The increase in capacity marks the progress we are making towards our move to a larger, flagship facility later this year.

Latin America is an emerging market in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, with forecasted revenues of $506-million in 2019. Guatemala features a population with a high degree of fluency in English, favorable labor and operating costs, and the continued expansion of its IT infrastructure to support BPO operations. "Guatemala City has a fairly mature BPO community that will make it easier for us to hire and develop experienced management and agent talent as we expand here," continued Alvarez.
Knoah currently has nearly 700 agents and support personnel working from two contact centers in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The Knoah center in Guatemala City currently provides real-time language interpretation services for the medical industry. The new space is expected to fill quickly based on recent demand for bilingual customer service and technical support agents in the region.
