New Lakeville Restaurant Aims to Please Foodies and Families Alike
Lakeville, MN (PRWEB) January 19, 2016 -- Located amidst the emerging, vibrant suburb of Lakeville, the restaurant hopes to appeal to a wide range of diners by offering the comfort and familiarity of casual dining without sacrificing quality or originality. The concept is being led by Hospitality Resource Management (HRM), a restaurant consulting company, and Ben Berry, who is part owner and manager of HRM. Holding national certification as both a sommelier and a cicerone, Berry plans to use his acquired skills when deciding beer and wine options for the restaurant.
“We’re working on the perfect food pairings for our eclectic beer and wine selections,” says Berry, “Our menu aims to be moderately priced and have options for everyone. Barley and Vine will be a space that accommodates a variety of moods and events: grabbing a beer after work, meeting your book club, or spending quality time with your family. We want everyone to feel welcomed and relaxed when they visit us”.
Head Chef, Rodney Smith, is eager for the opening as well. His passion for the culinary industry and desire to create a social cornerstone to bring the community together will be his motivations behind his cuisine at Barley and Vine. Smith states, “Cuisine is more than just food: it’s a combination of my passions, inspirations from the people around me, and the imagination to create something new”. All of the ingredients used will be locally sourced to help sustain Midwest farms and will represent southern home-style, pacific coastal and Midwestern cuisines.
With its ideal location and unique cuisine and beverage options, Barley and Vine is expected to have remarkable success.
